Employers are solely responsible for the content of their job posts. LayerLynk does not guarantee the legitimacy or outcome of any listing.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our platform for violations of these Terms, without notice or liability.
Limitation of Liability
LayerLynk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Morris County, NJ.
